กติกาการอัปรูป

• อัปได้เฉพาะรูปแมวที่คุณถ่ายเอง หรือได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของรูป
• ห้ามรูปโป๊ รูปรุนแรง รูปทารุณสัตว์ หรือรูปที่ละเมิดผู้อื่น
• หลีกเลี่ยงรูปที่เห็นหน้าคน ป้ายบ้านเลขที่ หรือข้อมูลส่วนตัว
• รูปที่อัปจะแสดงต่อสาธารณะทันที ทุกคนที่เข้าเว็บเห็นได้
• รูปที่ถูกแจ้งว่าไม่เหมาะสมจากหลายคนจะถูกซ่อนอัตโนมัติ และผู้ดูแลอาจลบรูปที่ผิดกติกาได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
• อัปได้วันละ 5 รูปต่อบัญชี (แมว 1 ตัวมีอัลบั้มได้ไม่เกิน 5 รูป) และโหวตได้วันละ 50 คู่ (ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบก่อนโหวต)

ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• รูปแมว ที่คุณอัป พร้อมชื่อแมว คำบรรยาย และชื่อเจ้าของที่คุณตั้งเอง ก่อนอัป เบราว์เซอร์ของคุณจะย่อรูปและลบข้อมูลในไฟล์ (EXIF) รวมถึงตำแหน่ง GPS ออก
• เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google เราเก็บเลขประจำบัญชี Google (ไม่ใช่อีเมล) และชื่อที่แสดงในบัญชี เพื่อผูกรูปกับเจ้าของ และเก็บเซสชันเข้าสู่ระบบไว้ 30 วันในคุกกี้ เราไม่เก็บอีเมล รูปโปรไฟล์ หรือรหัสผ่าน
• รหัสอุปกรณ์แบบสุ่ม ในเบราว์เซอร์ (localStorage) ใช้จำภาษาที่คุณเลือกและนับสถิติการเข้าชมแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน
• กันการโกงโหวต เราเก็บรหัสที่แปลงมาจาก IP แบบย้อนกลับไม่ได้ (ไม่เก็บ IP จริง) เพื่อใช้ตรวจหาการโหวตผิดปกติ เก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 40 วัน
• คอมเมนต์ ที่คุณเขียนในหน้าแมว แสดงต่อสาธารณะพร้อมชื่อที่แสดงของคุณ คุณลบคอมเมนต์ของตัวเองได้ และผู้ดูแลลบคอมเมนต์ที่ไม่เหมาะสมได้
• ช่องทางติดตาม (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) ที่คุณใส่ให้แมวจะแสดงต่อสาธารณะในหน้าแมวตัวนั้น ลบออกได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าแก้ไขข้อมูล
• คะแนนและผลโหวต ของแมวแต่ละตัว เราไม่แสดงว่าใครโหวตให้แมวตัวไหน และบันทึกคู่ที่คุณโหวตไว้เพียง 2 วัน
• สรุปการโหวตของคุณ เพื่อแสดงสรุปท้ายวันและสถิติโหวตต่อเนื่อง เราเก็บแมวที่คุณเลือกในแต่ละวันไว้ 2 วัน และจำนวนวันที่โหวตติดต่อกันไว้ 90 วัน ผูกกับรหัสอุปกรณ์หรือบัญชีของคุณ และไม่แสดงให้คนอื่นเห็น ส่วนตัวเลข "% เลือกเหมือนคุณ" นับเป็นยอดรวมของแต่ละคู่ ไม่ได้ระบุว่าใครเลือกอะไร
• ป้าย 🔥 ถ้าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบและโหวตต่อเนื่องครบ 3, 7, 14 หรือ 30 วัน ป้ายนี้จะแสดงข้างชื่อเจ้าของบนแมวของคุณให้ทุกคนเห็น (บอกแค่ระดับ ไม่บอกว่าโหวตให้ใคร)
• การแจ้งรูปไม่เหมาะสม บันทึกไว้เพื่อตรวจสอบและกันการแจ้งซ้ำ

บริการภายนอกที่เว็บใช้

• Vercel: โฮสต์เว็บและเก็บไฟล์รูป
• Upstash: ฐานข้อมูลคะแนนและบัญชี
• Google: เข้าสู่ระบบ และฟอนต์ (Google Fonts)
• Vercel Web Analytics: นับจำนวนการเข้าชมแต่ละหน้าแบบไม่ใช้คุกกี้ และไม่ระบุตัวตนผู้ใช้

ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจเห็นหมายเลข IP ของคุณเมื่อเบราว์เซอร์เชื่อมต่อ ตามนโยบายของแต่ละราย

การลบข้อมูล

• ลบรูปของคุณเองได้ทุกเมื่อ: เข้าสู่ระบบ → แมวของฉัน → เลือกแมว → ลบรูปในอัลบั้ม หรือ "ลบแมวตัวนี้" ซึ่งจะลบทุกรูปและคะแนนถาวร

Upload rules

• Only upload cat photos you took yourself, or that the photo’s owner allowed you to use.
• No nudity, violence, animal cruelty, or photos that violate anyone’s rights.
• Avoid photos showing people’s faces, house numbers or other personal details.
• Uploaded photos are public right away. Anyone visiting the site can see them.
• Photos reported as inappropriate by several people are hidden automatically, and the admin may remove photos that break the rules without notice.
• Each account can upload 5 photos a day (up to 5 photos in each cat’s album), and each signed-in account can vote on 50 pairs a day.

What we store

• Cat photos you upload, with the cat’s name, caption and the owner name you choose. Before uploading, your browser resizes the photo and removes its file data (EXIF), including GPS location.
• When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account ID (not your email) and your display name, to link photos to their owner, and keep you signed in for 30 days with a cookie. We don’t store your email, profile photo or password.
• A random device ID in your browser (localStorage), used to remember your language and count anonymous visit statistics.
• Vote anti-cheat. We keep a one-way code made from your IP address (never the IP itself) to spot unusual voting, for up to 40 days.
• Comments you write on a cat’s page are public, with your display name. You can delete your own comments, and the admin can remove inappropriate ones.
• Follow links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) you add to a cat are shown publicly on that cat’s page. You can remove them any time from the edit form.
• Points and vote results for each cat. We never show who voted for which cat, and we keep the pairs you voted on for only 2 days.
• Your voting summary. To show your end-of-day summary and streak, we keep which cats you picked each day for 2 days, and how many days in a row you’ve voted for 90 days, linked to your device ID or account and never shown to anyone else. The “% picked the same” number is a total per pair and doesn’t record who picked what.
• The 🔥 badge. If you’re signed in and vote 3, 7, 14 or 30 days in a row, this badge shows publicly next to your name on your cats (just the level, never who you voted for).
• Reports of inappropriate photos, kept for review and to prevent duplicate reports.

Services this site uses

• Vercel: website hosting and photo storage
• Upstash: database for points and accounts
• Google: sign-in and fonts (Google Fonts)
• Vercel Web Analytics: counts page views without cookies and without identifying you

These providers may see your IP address when your browser connects to them, under their own policies.

Deleting your data

• You can delete your own photos any time: sign in → My cats → choose a cat → delete photos in its album, or “Delete this cat” to remove every photo and its points permanently.
